Jessie, thank you for going the extra mile for the Rotation program. Your work is super professional and raises the bar for others. You show how things should be done. You went out of your way to establish a mentorship program for our summer program, but you’ve done so much more for all of us over the last few months. Thank you.

Jessie joined my team of technical product managers as part of a MBA leadership program and quickly picked up the fundamentals which enabled her to manage a product within the year length of the program. Working alongside and managing Jessie has been a true pleasure. She brings a positive attitude to the workplace, fostering an enjoyable and collaborative environment. Jessie not only has a strong work ethic but also delivers results. As her manager, I have found her to be reliable, trustworthy, and consistently dependable. Given she was new to the role, I was impressed about her ability to judge where to consult with others, subject matter experts and peers when making critical decisions which enabled her to effectively manage challenges and yield positive outcomes. I had the pleasure of working with Jessie for the last three years at Western Digital. While we were not always a part of the same team, we were in the same leadership rotational program where we got to work on a few projects together. When I think of those times, the words that come to mind are hardworking, knowledgeable, personable and reliable.
